Whenever a LINK is accessed by a new customer, a new dispatch batch will be generated. Each generated link is equivalent to a new batch in the dispatch batch report.
However, a LINK is not counted as a dispatch on the initial dashboard. However, when (and if) it is answered, a new opinion will be registered, but still not counting as a new dispatch for that client.

The information present in the Dispatch Lots Report refers to the two data present below.
The information present in the initial dashboard (opinions collected) will be updated only if the survey is answered.
